The Occupational Fraud 2022: A Report to the Nations® is also available on the ACFE website. You can access that by logging into the website, choosing the Fraud Resources Library drop down, and selecting the report. The 2022 Report is the 12th edition of the largest global study on occupational fraud. It is based on 2,110 real cases of occupational fraud, comprises data from 133 countries, and includes 23 major industry categories. It explores the costs, schemes, victims and perpetrators of fraud
The FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection stops unfair, deceptive and fraudulent business practices by collecting reports from consumers and conducting investigations, suing companies and people that break the law, developing rules to maintain a fair marketplace, and educating consumers and businesses about their rights and responsibilities.
