Elder Abuse Investigations and Tips for a Successful Case Presentation

Presenter: James Siwek

Session Synopsis

What do you do if your victim and best witness is deceased? How do you deal with evidence when family steals from family?

This training session will review several types of Elder Abuse investigations, including housing and healthcare fraud investigations, and look at how some of the people we trust end up taking advantage of elders and our trust.

This session will also cover pro tips on how to present findings when the investigation is complete. These tips will help you lower common hurdles that are faced when presenting Elder Abuse cases, and even other investigation types.
