Session Synopsis

This course is an investigative overview of mortgage loan origination fraud. The presentation will identify the various titles, roles and schemes of key players in the fraudulent mortgage loan process. Each topic will include a HUD OIG case study.

Presenter Bio

Special Agent Austin has almost 30 years of law enforcement experience with 20 years of federal criminal investigations, of which 15 years he specialized in Mortgage Fraud with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General.
